SCANSAFE CHALLENGE SWEEPSTAKES │ EMS WORLD EXPO 2026

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

These Official Rules govern the ScanSafe Challenge Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). By entering, you accept these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

1. SPONSOR

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Pediatric Emergency Standards, Inc., doing business as Handtevy, located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (the “Sponsor”). The Sponsor is solely responsible for the administration of this Sweepstakes and the awarding of prizes.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, and the immediate family members and members of the same household of each, are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family members” means parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, and spouses.

Attendance at EMS World Expo 2026 is not required to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, all other United States territories and possessions, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on September 28, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on October 2, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

1. Visit handtevy.com/scan on any internet-connected device. No purchase, admission fee, or badge is required to access the site.

2. Answer the medication safety question presented. A correct answer is required to reach the entry form.

3. Complete and submit the entry form with the requested information. Submission of the completed form constitutes one (1) entry.

4. After a correct first answer, you will be offered a second medication safety question. A correct answer to the second question earns one (1) additional entry, for a maximum of two (2) entries.

Limit: two (2) entries per person for the duration of the Entry Period, regardless of the number of email addresses, devices, or entry codes used. Entries in excess of this limit will be void. Internet access is required to enter and is the responsibility of the entrant.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any automated means, and entries submitted through any method other than the process described above, are void. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete, illegible, or corrupted entries are void.

5. PRIZES

Five (5) prizes are available. Each prize consists of one (1) pair of Meta Adventurer AI glasses in tortoise with brown lenses, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $299. The total ARV of all prizes is $1,495.

Prizes are awarded as-is with no warranty or guarantee from the Sponsor, either express or implied. Any manufacturer warranty accompanying the prize is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is available, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prescription lenses, accessories, subscriptions, data plans, and any costs beyond the prize as described are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

On or about October 7, 2026, the Sponsor will select five (5) potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Entrants who earned two (2) entries will have both entries included in the drawing, and therefore twice the chance of being selected as an entrant with one (1) entry. No more than one (1) prize will be awarded per person or per household.

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided at entry. A potential winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days of the date it is sent. Failure to respond within that period, an undeliverable notification, or a determination that the entrant is ineligible will result in disqualification and, at the Sponsor’s discretion, selection of an alternate winner.

Potential winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where legally permissible, a publicity release before a prize is awarded. Prizes will be shipped to a valid mailing address within the United States within thirty (30) days of confirmation of eligibility.

8. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation. Residents of Tennessee and any other jurisdiction where such consent may not be conditioned on prize acceptance will not be required to grant this permission as a condition of receiving a prize.

9. PRIVACY

Information submitted with an entry is collected by the Sponsor and used to administer the Sweepstakes, to notify winners, and to fulfill prizes. Entrants may separately and optionally consent to receive marketing communications from the Sponsor. Consent to marketing communications is not required to enter or win, and declining does not affect an entrant’s chance of winning. Entrants may withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such communication.

Sponsor uses third-party service providers to host the entry form and process entries. Information is handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at handtevy.com.

10. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

The Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or unintelligible entries; technical or human error of any kind; interrupted or unavailable network, server, or other connections; failed, garbled, or jumbled computer transmissions; or any injury or damage to an entrant’s device related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes.

If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any affected entrant and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and conduct the drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

11. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law principles. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

In no event will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each entrant waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in entering, and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

12. THIRD-PARTY DISCLAIMERS

– This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta and Meta Adventurer are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

– This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with HMP Global, EMS World, EMS World Expo, or the Orange County Convention Center.

– This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Typeform or any other platform used to collect entries.

13. WINNERS LIST AND COPY OF RULES

For the names of the winners or a copy of these Official Rules, send a written request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Pediatric Emergency Standards, Inc., Attn: ScanSafe Challenge Sweepstakes, Fort Lauderdale, FL. Requests for a winners list must be received no later than December 31, 2026.
